Although the wines of this category have a typical character of classic Bordeaux wines, they are lighter and more vigorous. They do not need long-term (longer that 5-7 years) cellaring, but benefit from decanting (airing them) before serving.

Nose: Fresh fruits aroma with a lavender note.

Mouth: Fresh, slightly spicy taste with a fine and tender finale and an elegant balance of acidity and sweetness.

Soils: Limestone/Sand/Gravel.

Vatting time: 3-5 days.

Color: Deep ruby color.

Nose: Long-lasting fruity and floral aroma.

Mouth: Slight flavor of red fruits in the beginning, balanced by elegant strawberry and oak notes in the aftertaste.

Varieties: 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc.

Soils: Sand/Gravel.

Vats: Concrete.

Vatting time: 30 days.

Ageing: 15-18 months.

Nose: Robust, slowly dissipating aroma with a rich flavor of red fruits.

Mouth: Fine crispiness of tannins empowered by the flavor of ripe red fruits, with a solid structure.

Varieties: 40% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Franc, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Soils: Clay/Limestone/Silicium.
