The result of years of experience is expressed in these Premium wines.  They are aged for 15 months in French and American medium toasted oak barrels. The synergy achieved between Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Carménère results in a wine of great elegance, structure and complexity which will open and show its many layers.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Carménère

 

Colour: Intense and bright red, with deep violet hues.

Aroma: Nice aromas to ripe black plums, blackberry sweet, mixed with spices such as black pepper, leather notes, coffee and a pleasant toasted ending, proper of the keeping in barrels.

Taste: Elegant, complex and wide. Great presence of ripe red fruit accompanied of toasted and spiced notes. Strong and round tannins which make it very structured.

Great persistence and concentration.

 

Variety: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Syrah, 20% Carménère.

Region of origin:  Purísima Vineyards, Maule Valley, Chile.

Soil: Deep and clayish.

Harvest: It is performed the third week of April. It is hand made in containers of 10 Kg.

The yield for this wine is the 9.000 kg. per hectare.

Ageing: It is kept during 10 months in stainless steel tanks, then 15 months in medium toasted French oak barrels. It is finally bottled and stored for a minimum of 10 months.

 

Only the best grapes of specific terroirs are used to produce these exuberant, intense and particular blends. 100% ageing in medium toasted oak barrels for 12 months.

Malbec, Carménère

 

Colour: Intense ruby red with violet hues.

Aroma: Exuberant aromas of ripe red fruit, spices and black olives. Notes of chocolate and coffee remark, and a nice toast from the barrel keeping.

Taste: Complex and elegant. Balanced, creamy texture, ripe red fruit presence together with smoked notes. Strong and velvety tannins that make it persistent.

 

Variety: 60% Malbec, 40% Carménère.

Region of origin:  Purísima Vineyards, Maule Valley, Chile.

Soil: Deep and clayish.

Harvest: It is performed in the third week of April and the first week of May. This is done by hand in containers of 10 Kg. The yield for this wine is of 9.000 kilograms per hectare

Ageing: It is kept for 12 months in French and American oak barrels with a medium toast.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah

 

Colour: Intense ruby red.

Aroma: Exuberant ripe red fruits aromas, mixed with spices, coffee and chocolate notes together with a nice toasted, proper of barrel keeping.

Taste: Elegant, complex and broad. Large presence of ripe red fruits accompanied by toasted and spiced notes. Robust and rounded tannins, making it quite structured.

 

Variety: 57 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 43 % Syrah.

Region of origin:  Purísima Vineyards, Maule Valley, Chile.

Soil: Deep and clayish.

Harvest: During the third week of April. It is done manually in 10 kg containers. Average grape yield for this wine is 9.000 kg per hectare.

Ageing: 10 months in stainless steel tanks, then 12 months in medium toasted French oak barrels and finally it is bottled and stored for a minimum of 10 months.
