Each of these wines shows at the core of every bottle, the mono varietal characteristics of their respective grape variety. 60% of Red wines are aged for 5 months and 60% of Chardonnay for 4 months in medium toasted oak barrels. Sauvignon Blanc is kept in stainless steel tanks.

The result is elegant wines of medium structure and intensity.

Sauvignon Blanc

 

Colour: Pale yellow with greenish hues.

Aroma: Highlights herbal and vegetable notes, such as touches of tomato leaves, as well as notes of tropical fruits.

Taste: Fresh, expressive, consistent with the aroma, good acidity and lively.

 

Variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc.

Region of origin: 100% Maule. Valley, Chile.

Soil: Deep and clayish.

Keeping: In stainless steel tanks.

Chardonnay

 

Colour: Bright light yellow.

Aroma: White peach and ripe lucuma. Touch of vanilla and toasted dry fruit which provide the elegance and complexity.

Taste: Balanced, medium body, fresh and lively. Toasted and persistent aftertaste.

 

Variety: 100% Chardonnay.

Region of origin: Purísima Vineyards, Maule Valley, Chile.

Soil: Deep and clayish.

Ageing: 60% during 4 months in French oak barrels, 40% in stainless steel tanks.

Rosé

 

Colour: Pale pink with orange hues, brilliant.

Aroma: Fresh aromas to ripe fruits that remember to raspberries, cherries and pomegranate.

Taste: Highlights raspberries and strawberries. It is fresh and vivid, with a balanced acidity, a persistent and pleasant ending.

 

Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Soil: Deep and clayish.

Keeping: 1 month in stainless steel tanks.

Merlot

 

Colour: Deep ruby red, with violet hues.

Aroma: Ripe fruits like blueberries and blackberries, leather notes, spices and slight smoked touches.

Taste: Medium body, soft, rounded, velvety tannins. Plum jam, leather and smoky notes. Persistent ending and easy to drink.

 

Variety: 100% Merlot.

Cabernet Sauvignon

 

Colour: Deep and bright ruby red.

Aroma: Intense, well balanced between ripe red fruits and barrel aging wood, which give it complexity, smoke and toasted notes.

Taste: Good body, red mature fruits mixed with wood, which give it a smoked and spiced touch, complexity and persistence.

 

Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Carménère

 

Colour: Deep and bright purple red.

Aroma: Expressive, with aromas of blackberry jam and dry figs. Spicy, toasted and smoked notes.

Taste: Concentrated, medium body, velvety. Smoked and persistent ending.

 

Variety: 100% Carménère.
